You can personalize the emails you create in Pilot by adding a “signature,” which is a block of text that automatically will be included at the end of each message you send.
You have to be within a Pilot course to create your signature. But that signature will then show up in all your courses in Pilot.
Open your Pilot course and click Communications in the navigation bar. Select Email from the menu.
Click Sent Mail, near the top right of the email page.
Click Settings, near the top right of the Sent Mail page.
Compose your signature in the Email Signature box.
